This stainless steel (Ps60) Santoku knife is made of forged mono-steel and double edged blade.
It's made with a good balance, and recommended for home use. This all purpose knife featuring a long flat edge. The knife is lightweight compared to a western style knife which means easy to control. It is great for making thin and precise cut. Santoku means “three advantages”. This type of knife is great for preparing vegetables, fish, and meat.
When it's new, the blade has a bit of thickness and sharpen as double edge though, if you want to, it can be sharpen as single edge blade.

Use & Care
- Do not attempt to cut, hit or chop frozen products or bones. The blade can chip or break.
- Hand wash with warm water and towel dry.
- Use a sharpening stone to maintain the sharpness of blade.
- Knife edge is sharpen by hand before shipping, it takes a week to ship
If out of stock, it will take 2-4 weeks to restock
This knife is well balanced in your hand. Not heavy so very easy to handle. Great for cutting vegetables and I have used it to slice a pork chop and chicken breast for stuffing. Best knife I have had. Use it daily.
