Shipping & Delivery

Please note that all shipping delivery times listed are in addition to our standard order processing time of 1-3 business days, with the exception of orders placed using expedited shipping methods. Orders placed using expedited shipping methods before 3pm MT (Mountain Time Zone Time) will begin processing within 24-48 hours. We are shipping most orders within 48 hours. However, due to COVID-19, delivery time is taking longer than usual. We use Canada Post and UPS depending on the weight of the package. Allow 3-6 business days for delivery. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we charge to re-ship the package. We don't get reimbursed for returned packages. If you have a carrier preference, please let us know in "Comments" when placing order.

Customs and Import Duties for International Orders

Your order may be subject to VAT (Value-Added Tax), import and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ships your package as DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid), and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

We currently accept payments for merchandise in CAN (Canadian dollars) only. Pricing on regular price and sale items are non-negotiable and we do not offer price matching or price guarantee on any merchandise for sale on our website.
