Sharp!

This is a very unique knife. The handle feels good in the hand. I can see why chefs will love this series of knives. Even for home use, this knife cuts so smoothly. Good steel.

Thanks for the review. Yes, the steel is good. It's forged Swedish stainless steel (INOX). It is not too hard to sharpen, and hard enough to keep the knife edge sharp long. Nice balanced stainless steel. I'm glad you liked it.

Nice size

Received this knife at Christmas and can say I love it. Well balanced in my hand. Good for those thin slices. Being smaller it is easy to handle. Love the look of the wood handle.

Thanks for the review, and yes it's handy to have a petty knife. Sometimes, it's all you need for cooking small portions. The knife doesn't take much real estate in your kitchen!
